バイオ医薬品製造のスケールアップにおいて、製造拠点間で一貫性のある効率的なバイオプロセスを確立することは極めて重要です 。

Mycenax Biotech, Inc. (MBI) は、ちとせとの共同研究において、緻密なプロセス設計と培養戦略の体系的な最適化を行い、バイオリアクターにおけるCHO-MK細胞の高い再現性と優れたスケーラビリティを実証しました。MBIは、CHO-MK細胞の高発現クローンを用いて、最大50 L規模のバイオリアクターへのスケールアップに成功しました 。その結果、培養8日目において約8 g/Lのタイターを安定的に達成しています 。
